From the very beginning Marie’s has been a complete leap of faith… faith in the feeling we wanted to create for our customers… faith in the food we wanted to share and faith that God will always show us the best way to accomplish it all! After almost 14 years, Marie’s has become so much more than we could have ever imagined. The past few years we have been asked many times if we could please open a Marie’s in Dawsonville or Cartersville or.. and we seriously considered it. But our lives are so full now and I am going to be 72 this year and Matt has a young family, so we began exploring other ways to share Marie’s with more people. So…. We are once again stepping into the unknown and trusting that when we “Leap the net will appear”. We are launching Marie’s Italian Deli, Bakery & Market for Franchise. We are looking for Franchisees who love great food, who love their community and want to grow something meaningful within it. People who are not afraid to roll up their sleeves and be part of the day to day. People who believe in family, food and a lot of fun! Marie’s Italian Deli & Bakery deserves its own zip code in flavor town. The muffuletta was so good it honestly outshined some I’ve had in New Orleans, and that’s saying something. The veggie pizza? Absolute perfection — easily the best I’ve ever had. And the bakery… dangerous in the best possible way. Everything looked heavenly and tasted even better. If loving this place is wrong, I don’t want to be right. 🍕🥖🇮🇹

Marie’s Italian Deli is hands down the best place to eat in Cumming. Everything is fresh, delicious, and served with such a friendly, welcoming attitude. The sandwiches are amazing, and the fact that they have beer on tap makes it even better. We loved it so much that we even got a pizza to go after lunch. You can really feel that it’s family owned, and that makes the whole experience even more special. Highly recommend!
